Is pricing really one-time with no subscription?
Yes. Gather Shot is priced per event. Basic is $59.99 per event and Pro is $99.99 per event. There are no recurring subscription charges.
Can I set up and preview before I pay?
Yes. Start free, set up the gallery, and preview the flow before you commit. When you are ready, choose Basic or Pro and pay once for the event.
What if my event is smaller or larger than the plan?
Basic covers up to 1,000 uploads and 1 co-host, which works well for smaller events. Pro covers up to 5,000 uploads, up to 10 co-hosts, and includes the Scavenger Hunt, which fits bigger guest lists.
Can I start on Basic and move to Pro?
If you are still deciding, use the free preview to compare both plans before checkout. Pick Basic if it fits your guest list, or choose Pro instead before you pay if you need more room.
Are there hidden or add-on fees?
No hidden fees. The published price is the event price. Basic and Pro include the core gallery hosting, moderation, guest uploads, no app for guests, and one-year hosting. The Scavenger Hunt is included in Pro and available as an add-on for Basic.
What happens to my gallery and photos after the event?
Your gallery stays online for one year. You can keep uploads open for up to 60 days after the event, and you can download your photos and videos any time during the hosting period.
