Frequently asked questions

Basic ($59.99) and Pro ($99.99) are one-time purchases for a single event. Enterprise is an automatically renewing $999 annual subscription for unlimited events, with 100,000 uploads shared across your workspace each subscription year. It includes all Pro features, unlimited staff and collaborators, and reusable templates.
Uploads can still be saved, but those over your allowance stay locked. For Enterprise, adding capacity or a paid renewal unlocks the oldest retained overflow first, using the available allowance. Basic and Pro customers can buy additional capacity for their event.
Yes. Try an event gallery with 50 unlocked photo and video uploads before choosing Basic or Pro. Extra uploads stay locked until you buy enough capacity. Enterprise is a separate annual subscription.
Yes. Every Enterprise event includes all current Pro features, including the Photo Scavenger Hunt. It is also included in Pro and available as an add-on for Basic.
Basic and Pro include one year of storage. Enterprise events have one year of live gallery retention from the event date, followed by downloadable archives while subscribed. Archives include nondeleted, unlocked uploads, including those awaiting moderation. Locked uploads are not included until capacity becomes available.
Yes. Use the account switcher to move between your Enterprise workspace and a standard account for one-off event purchases. Their billing and upload allowances stay separate.
Yes. Enterprise renews annually, with advance reminders. The new annual upload allowance is granted when payment succeeds. You can manage your subscription from workspace billing.
