Plan through cleanup
- Confirm local requirements with the responsible authority and property owner: location/private property, street use, vendors, amplified sound, alcohol, weather changes, and lead time. Ask about permissions, permits, and insurance.
- Confirm date, location, time window, access needs, and weather-update plan.
- Agree on a budget, food format, and any supplier arrangements.
- Send invitations. Collect RSVPs, food sign-ups, and dietary needs.
- Assign communication, food, setup, and cleanup jobs with arrival times.
- Arrange tables, chairs, shade, water, coolers, ice, and serving utensils.
- Prepare ingredient labels, waste bags, bins, and a first-aid kit.
- Send the guest list and weather updates. Test any photo upload link.
- Set up food and seating areas. Keep entrances and access routes clear.
- Welcome neighbors. Respect photo preferences and monitor conditions.
- Clean up, return borrowed items, thank helpers, and share the final costs.
