Christmas lights spotting checklist

Circle six choices before starting, then check finds together. One display can fill several boxes. Descriptions count. No photos or app needed.

Play at your pace

Allow about 20 to 30 minutes, or less. Swap choices, leave boxes empty, or stop early. No race or speed prizes. At the finish, share a favorite find for two minutes; passing is fine.

Drivers never participate while driving. Passengers stay restrained and do not distract the driver. Mark sheets and take vehicle photos only when legally parked, not at traffic lights. Walkers stop safely to write or take photos.

Use lawful public viewing spots or get permission. Stay out of yards and driveways; keep paths clear. Check weather and access first. Skip flashing displays or use still pictures, drawings, or descriptions indoors. Postpone unsafe outings.
