Sorority event photo sharing for every angle.

Gather Shot is a private photo and video gallery for sorority events. Members scan one QR code or open a link, choose what is already on their phones, and upload through their browser.

Create a gallery for Bid Day, Big-Little Reveal, a formal, philanthropy event, or sisterhood. Invite other officers as co-hosts or moderators so the right people can review, organize, and download the chapter collection together.

  • No guest app
  • Private by default
  • Priced per event

Uploads go to the officer workspace for review.

Built for the moments your whole chapter remembers.

  • Bid Day
  • Big-Little Reveal
  • Sisterhood events
  • Philanthropy
  • Formals and date parties
  • Senior sendoff
“Send me everything from last night.”

The communications or social media chair does not need more photos to be taken. She needs a reliable way to bring home the ones that already exist.

The group chat gets the request

A few members reply. Most mean to do it later. The full collection never arrives.

The best candids stay on camera rolls

One officer cannot be beside every new member, big, little, alumna, and friend when the moment happens.

Social posts are not a chapter archive

Posts disappear into feeds. Shared albums split by friend group. Officer turnover makes the next search even harder.

One gallery, shared officer control.

Every completed upload reaches the officer workspace. Co-hosts and moderators can review, hide, organize, and download the collection without turning the event into a public free-for-all.

The chapter workflow

One event gallery. Shared officer control.

Set up the event once, invite the officer team that will help manage it, and give every member the same simple way to contribute.

  1. Step 1

    Create the event

Open a private gallery for Bid Day, Big-Little Reveal, a formal, or any event on the chapter calendar.

  2. Step 2

    Invite the officer team

Add your communications chair, event chair, recruitment team, or other officers as co-hosts and moderators.

  3. Step 3

    Share one QR or link

Put it in chapter messages, on event signage, or anywhere members will see it before they leave.

  4. Step 4

    Members upload

They choose photos and videos from their camera rolls and upload through the browser, without downloading an app.

  5. Step 5

    Manage and keep it

Officers review submissions, organize the gallery, and download the complete collection for recaps and chapter archives.

Use it throughout the chapter year

A separate, organized gallery for every event.

Your officer team keeps the same simple workflow while each event gets its own QR code, submissions, gallery, and download.

Give each officer the right role.

The event owner can invite co-hosts and moderators so communications, recruitment, and event officers can share the work without sharing a password.

What chapter officers usually ask first

Is Gather Shot only for Panhellenic sorority chapters?

No. This page uses collegiate Panhellenic chapter language, including Bid Day and Big-Little Reveal, but Gather Shot can support events for other councils and culturally based organizations too. Each organization can use the event names and practices that fit its community.

Do members need to download an app or create an account?

No guest app or account is required by default. Members scan the event QR code and upload through their mobile browser. If a chapter enables optional consent, email capture, or guest-data collection, the upload flow will include those steps.

Can chapter officers review photos before members see them?

Yes. Galleries are private by default, and uploads go to the officer workspace for review. Co-hosts and moderators can approve, hide, or delete uploads before anything appears in a public gallery.

What kinds of sorority events can have a gallery?

Create a separate gallery for Bid Day, recruitment prep, Big-Little Reveal, formals, date parties, sisterhood events, philanthropy and service events, chapter retreats, senior sendoff, or graduation celebrations. Always follow your organization’s photography rules for ritual and other private moments.

Can more than one officer help manage the gallery?

Yes. Basic includes one co-host, while Pro includes up to 10 co-hosts. Co-hosts can help review uploads and organize the event without sharing the event owner’s password.

Is one purchase meant to cover the entire chapter year?

No. Gather Shot is priced per event. Basic is $59.99 for up to 1,000 photo and video uploads, and Pro is $99.99 for up to 5,000 uploads. Each plan includes one year of storage for that event gallery.

How do officers use the photos after the event?

Officers can approve the photos they want to share, organize uploads with custom tags, and download the full gallery or filtered ZIP bundles for recaps, recruitment materials, and chapter archives.

Bring every angle back to the chapter.

Create the event gallery, invite your officer team, and give every member the same easy way to add what is already on their phone.

Set up and preview before payment. Members never pay to upload.
