Can I upload videos too?
Yes, both photos and videos are supported. Guests can upload both, and we handle the storage so you do not have to worry about large files.
How long do I have to set this up?
You can start collecting photos immediately after creating your event. We recommend setting it up a few days early to print your QR code signs. You can keep collecting photos for up to 60 days after the event.
What if I need the Scavenger Hunt?
Scavenger Hunt is included in the Pro plan. If you choose the Basic plan, you can purchase the Scavenger Hunt feature separately as an add-on.
Is the gallery private?
Yes, galleries are private by default. Only people with your link or QR code can see the gallery. You also have the option to moderate uploads so nothing goes public without your approval.
